Who Are We?
VFS Global is a commercial company, working in partnership with the UK Border
Agency and the British High Commission here in Kenya providing services to help
people apply for UKBA.
-
How Can We Help You?
You will find information on this site, supplied by the UK Border Agency, about
how to apply for a UK visa, if you need one. From this site you can also use
our free e-mail service to obtain the same information. We also offer a
telephone information service, which is charged at local call rates.
Information about the UK's immigration rules and policies can be found on UKBA'
website (www.ukvisas.gov.uk).
VFS also manages the Visa Application Centre for UKBA here in Kenya, where you
should submit your application, your biometric fingerscans and pay the
application fee. The address details of the VAC can be found in the Contact Us
section of this website.

Where Can I Get Advice?
VFS and its staff cannot give you advice on how to complete your application,
or what type of visa you should apply for. If you need help with your
application or advice about the UK's immigration rules and requirements, you
should seek advice from a qualified immigration adviser. In the UK these are
immigration advisers regulated by the
Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) or legally
qualified professionals regulated by designated professional bodies. Their
websites are:
Law Society of England and
Wales
Law Society of Scotland
Law Society of Northern Ireland
Institute of Legal Executives

Who Decides If I Will Get A Visa?
Your visa application will be processed and decided by UK Border Agency
staff. Neither VFS, nor any of our staff, play any part in or influence the
outcome of your visa application.
If any member of our staff claims to be able to influence your application, you
should inform the British High Commission as soon as possible.
