    Local transport information

    Parking: There is limited parking available outside the visa application centre. Some parking areas are monitored by the City Council, where a fee is payable. Parking at the visa application centre is at the owner's risk.

    Information for disabled visitors

    There is wheelchair access to transfer from a vehicle in front of the building.
    The elevator is on the ground floor level so wheelchair users can easily gain access to the visa application centre on the 6th floor. The elevator buttons are accessible, are easy to reach and the security guard can help if required.
    Disabled toilets are available
    Staff will assist disabled visitors in the event of an emergency evacuation.
    A friend or family member can accompany the applicant throughout the visa application process
    Guide and hearing dogs are welcome.

    Security Information


    All visitors to the visa application centre are security checked before entering the building. Mobile phones are allowed within the premises but must be switch off. Any excess luggage will not be allowed on the premises but storage lockers are available to keep these items in. Fire arms or weapons of any kind are not allowed and we have no facility to store these while your application is being processed.
