The elevator is at the same level as the floor. On the 6th floor, there is easy access for wheelchair users from the elevator to the offices. The elevator buttons are accessible and are very easy to reach while sitting in the wheel chair and the security guard can attend to you if required. There are washrooms within the application centre for people with disabilities. If staff are made aware in advance of the arrival of visitors with disabilities they will give them assistance and priority will be given in the event of an emergency or evacuation from the building.
