Premium Line Service – Charge – KES 2000.00

This service is optional – the applicants who wish to confirm a specific time for their appointments may apply for this service. This will ensure your appointment time is confirmed. For this extra charge, an applicant can skip the queue within the allocated time slot and be served at the front of the queue (subject to availability).
This service will be available to applicants on phone and/or email. Applicants will have made an appointment through the Visa4UK website and if they wish to skip the queue, one will be required to book for the Premium Line Service through the Visa Application Centre by phone. The Visa Application Centre staff will inform the applicant(s) on slot availability and timings.

Priority Visa

The UK Border Agency has a priority visa service in Kenya.
You will be able pay an additional fee to fast track your application and have your visa application processed ahead of others. Only a limited number of priority visas will be sold each day on a first come, first served basis.
Cost: KES 10,000.00 for each visa application

The priority visa service will be available to the following categories only. |

Kenyan nationals with 1 previous travel and compliance to 5 CC countries (UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) and Schengen countries in the last 5 years and no previous refusals/ adverse immigration history.

3rd Country Nationals (with previous T&C to 5CC countries).

|
Government members on private visits to the UK.
|
|
All Business visitors
|

Student (Tier 4)

To apply for a priority visa you must complete and submit a UK visa application online as normal and visit the UK's visa application centres operated by VFS Global in Nairobi where you will be able to obtain further details about the priority service.
This service does not imply or guarantee in any way that by using the priority service you will be successful in your visa application. All visa applicants must meet the requirements of the UK Immigration rules. The amount paid for the priority service, as well as the visa application fee, is not refundable if the visa application is refused or, in exceptional cases, takes longer to process.
You should be aware that you may experience extended processing times if any of the following factors apply, if you have:

previously been refused a visa for the UK, and/or; |
|
previously been refused leave to enter the UK, and/or; |
|
previously been deported, removed, or otherwise required to leave the UK, and/or; |
|
overstayed a period of leave in the UK, and/or; |
|
been refused leave to remain in the UK by the Home Office, and/or; |
|
been refused a visa for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States of America or the |
|
Schengen countries |
|
been convicted of a criminal offence in any country. |

SMS Service - track your application (optional)

VFS Global is pleased to be able to offer an SMS service which updates customers in Kenya on the progress of their UK visa applications. The easy to use SMS service sends an automated message to the applicant's mobile phone at various stages of the visa application process. This is followed up with an automated email message to the applicant’s email informing them of the status of their visa application. The SMS text service is available in English.
The SMS text service can be purchased for Ksh 190.00 (VAT inclusive), when you submit your application at the visa application center. The SMS service application form can also be completed before visiting the application centre. Click Here to download the SMS application form.
